Wellness Program
Up to $240 reimbursed annually (reimbursement form) - Enrollment periods are (Jan-June or July-Dec) (sign-up form)
- To be reimbursed participants must attend the gym 50 times in the 6-month period. (full list of Terms and Requirements)
- Once a quarter the City provides lunch and a "hot topic"
- Register early because space is limited
