- Payments
- Make utility payments by cash, check, money order, or credit card. Credit card payments are assessed a 2% processing fee. Customers may also set up automatic ACH payments by completing a Bank Draft Authorization.
- Online Bill Payment
- Make payments with a credit or debit card by logging into your online account.
- Don't have an online account? Use the Quick Pay feature to make a payment without logging in.
- Use the Auto Pay feature. Late and disconnection fees may still occur if payments are scheduled past the account due date.
- Online Statements
- To view billing statements online visit your account and select the account detail tab. From here customers may view, print, or download statements.
- E-Billing
- Receive e-mail statements by registering for E-Billing.
- Water Consumption Monitoring
- Monitor water consumption, see account statements, and pay online all in one location. Identify water leaks early one by setting notification alerts to notify you by text or e-mail about high water consumption. The service is free to Belton water customers, but registration is required. To register visit the utility billing portal and follow directions.
- Discontinue Service
- Requests to disconnect service can be made online or by visiting the office in person at 100 S. Davis Street.
