Stage 4 - Critical Water Shortage Conditions

Goal
Reduce water usage by 30 percent

Restrictions
All Stage 2 and Stage 3 Requirements remain in effect except:

• Landscape irrigation limited to designated days from 6 a.m. to 10 a.m. and 8 p.m. to midnight.
• Use of water to wash motor vehicles prohibited unless it occurs at a commercial car wash between 6 a.m. and 10 a.m. or 6 p.m. and 10 p.m.
• Filling, refilling or adding water to indoor/outdoor pools or Jacuzzis is prohibited.
• No applications for new, additional, expanded, or up-sized water service connections, meters, service lines, pipeline extensions, mains, or water service facilities of any kind shall be allowed or approved.
