Captain Stowell to Retire from Belton Fire Department
Congratulations to Captain John Stowell on his retirement from the Belton Fire Department. Captain Stowell served the residents of Belton for more than 25 years.
A retirement ceremony is scheduled at Fire Station No. 2, 420 Sparta Rd., at 11 a.m. on Monday, Aug. 22.
