Central Fire Station hvac improvements

 

The City of Belton, Texas, is seeking submittals to a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) from state-registered and qualified engineering firms (firm) for the development of Construction Plans, Specifications, Engineer’s Construction Cost Estimates, Bid, and Construction Phase Services for the Central Fire Station HVAC Improvements.

 

DELIVERY ADDRESS - Please submit four (4) copies of RFQ to:

DEADLINE: Sealed RFQ submittals will be received at the office of the City Clerk, City of Belton, City Hall, 333 Water Street, Belton, Texas 76513 until 3:00 PM on December 12, 2017. ALL SUBMITTALS MUST BE RECEIVED IN THE CITY CLERK’S OFFICE BEFORE OPENING DATE AND TIME. It is the sole responsibility of the firm to ensure that the sealed RFQ submittals arrive at the above location by specified deadline regardless of delivery method chosen by the firm. Faxed or electronically transmitted RFQ submittals will not be accepted. Late submittals will be returned unopened.

 

MARK ENVELOPE: Qualifications shall be placed in a sealed envelope, with the firm’s name and address in the upper left-hand corner of the envelope. RFQ submittals should be labeled: RFQ-Central Fire Station HVAC Improvements.

The City of Belton reserves the right to accept or reject any and all submittals resulting from this RFQ, as the best interest of the City may require, and to waive any informality in submittals received. The City of Belton also reserves the right to award a contract as may be advantageous to the City. Do NOT include cost of services in the RFQ submittal.
