One Community One Day

OCODGiving Back to Belton
One Community One Day is a hands-on, community-wide service project organized by Belton's Youth Advisory Commission (YAC) and the Parks and Recreation Department. The goal of One Community One Day is to assist citizens in the community who do not have the support system to help with tasks like yard work, painting, or repairs.

Event Details
The event offers a chance for those wishing to give back an opportunity to divide into groups and lend a hand at a house selected for assistance. Citizens have the opportunity to apply for assistance at the Harris Community Center, online through the city's website, or by filling out a form distributed with utility bills each January. Up to 20 homes are selected each year following a brief review process.

For those needing assistance, please fill out the assistance application.

Volunteers interested in participating in this year's event need to fill out and return a Group Volunteer Form and a General Liability Waiver.
