By enrolling in eBilling, you agree to the following terms:
- Once enrolled in eBilling, the account holder is responsible for ensuring receipt of emails. The City of Belton will email your statement to the email address provided. If the email is not received, the account holder is responsible for all charges on the account by the account due date. If payment is received after the due date, penalties may apply. Failure to receive an eBilling statement does not constitute grounds for non-payment or late payment.
- To assure timely receipt of a bill, any changes in contact information must be reported to the City of Belton as soon as possible. Please allow up to five business days for changes to be applied to an account. The City of Belton is not responsible for non-receipt of bills.
- To prevent spam filters from interfering with delivery of an eBilling statement, please add firstname.lastname@example.org to your approved senders list.
