E. 6th Ave. Reopen Following Two Vehicle Wreck

The eastbound lane of one of the main thoroughfares from Belton to Temple was temporarily closed for nearly two hours on Wednesday after a two vehicle accident between a red pickup truck and a dump truck.

The crash occurred at 12:25 p.m. on E. 6th Ave, also known as FM 93, about a quarter-mile east of Interstate 35. The pickup and the dump truck collided, causing the dump truck to overturn.
Drivers of both trucks and a passenger were transported to a local hospital.

The road was reopened at 2:13 p.m.
