The rail road crossings at N. Wall and N. Beal Streets will be temporarily closed beginning at 5 a.m. on Thursday, Aug. 3. The crossing are being closed so construction work can be completed.The closures will mostly impact internal traffic in the Leon Heights area. Residents can avoid the closures by using N. Penelope St. The work is expected to be complete before 5 p.m. on Thursday.
