Man Identified in Fatal Motorcycle Crash

The Belton Police Department has released the name of the man who died in a motorcycle crash Thursday night on U.S. 190, following notification of next of kin.

The man who died was Teshone Preacely, 36, of Harker Heights.

Belton police received the emergency call at 7:16 p.m. The motorcycle was the only vehicle involved in the crash. Mr. Preacely was not wearing a helmet. 

Witnesses at the scene said speed may have been a factor.
