Library Curbside Service to be Reestablished -- Lobbies of Municipal Buildings to Reopen

The lobbies of City of Belton municipal buildings are scheduled to reopen on Monday as operations are adjusted in support of Gov. Abbott’s initiative to re-open Texas in phases. To assure spread of COVID-19 is minimized, please continue to do business with us over the phone or online by email or via Zoom-type meetings when possible. In-person meetings will be by appointment and are limited to three people at a time.

During phase 1 of the initiative the Lena Armstrong Public Library will remain closed to the public, however, curbside service will resume.

Health protocols such as social distancing,
frequent handwashing, avoidance of touching of face, and the voluntary wearing of masks still apply. Gov. Abbott’s new standards supersede the City’s Disaster Declaration, which expired on Thursday, April 30.
