The victim described the suspect as a slender black man, who was driving a dark colored older sedan that was missing molding on its passenger’s side.

The woman said she returned home at about 1:30 a.m. on Friday and was surprised by the man, who approached with a handgun and demanded money while the woman was still at her car. The victim was able to get inside the home without being robbed and called police.

Police are particularly interested in viewing video from home security systems in the Saddle Creek neighborhood that may have captured footage of the suspect or the vehicle. Contact police at 254-933-5840, if you have any information that would be helpful in this case.
