HOME Grant Funds Available to Low Income Belton Residents

The registration period for the HOME Program is open until May 15. The HOME Program provides funds to replace homes for low-income residents, who meet program requirements.

To be eligible for the grant residents must:
  • own and occupy the home;
  • live in the Belton city limits;
  • property must be free from liens and other encumbrances or restrictions;
  • be low-income (see application); and
  • no delinquent property taxes;
Applications forms are available online in English and Spanish, or at Belton City Hall, 333 Water Street, Belton, Texas, 76513.
