Road to Close Overnight on Wednesday to allow for Water Main Repair

The 200 Block of S. East Street, from Water Street to The Gin restaurant, will be closed overnight on Wednesday beginning at 10:30 p.m. The closure is necessary to repair a water main. It is anticipated that the work will be completed by 6:00 a.m. Thursday. The work is being done in the overnight hours to reduce the impact on nearby residents, offices, and businesses. The impact on traffic will be minimal.
